Welcome to the Research Society for Victorian Periodicals' Curran Index, an attributional index of articles in nineteenth-century British periodicals named after its founder, Professor Eileen Curran.
As of May 2019 the Curran Index references more than 54,000 articles, reviews, and poems or poem groups -- including  26,000 entries for the Athenaeum (most of which are from data generously provided by City, University of London), over 5,000 entries for the Saturday Review, and about 1,000 additions and corrections to its precursor, the Wellesley Index to Victorian Periodicals.  The remanining 22,000 entries are for:
